Mood Styling

Do you ever struggle figuring out what your style is? Well struggle no more!

I personally have always felt like my style wasn’t one specific category. Even though there’s nothing wrong with leaning towards one category that you’re comfortable with, it could be fun to switch it up when it comes to styling. I never liked the idea of limiting myself when it came to fashion. I still feel this way!

Okay okay so now you’re probably wondering: How do you style then?

The answer is: Mood Styling!

What is Mood Styling? Mood Styling is as simple as it’s name. I like to call it Mood Styling because I dress based off what I’m feeling. I’ve always loved to play around with different categories when it comes to fashion. Don’t limit yourself!

It might sound silly to some people, but when you don’t limit yourself it gives you chance to play around with different styles and really figure out what you love most. And trust me your mood will change in the best way!

A few things I enjoy doing when Mood Styling is naming my looks. Giving them some type of title brings them more to life for me and almost makes me feel like a different person in the best way. Do you ever feel like you’re so much more than one thing?? Your personality, your style, your taste, your likes, etc…

Well, start with your style!!

Mood Styling gives me the opportunity to fuel each part of me.

Down below you’ll find some examples of my Mood Styling: Preppy, Paris chic, The edgy side, girly, and sporty spice.

These are just a few styles of mine! There’s so many and they all represent a different part of me.

A few weeks ago, my Aunt said something to me that I absolutely loved! She said…

You’re like a Christmas Tree!’

I love that because that’s exactly how I feel about Mood Styling! You can decorate a Christmas tree anyway you want, and you can change it up every year!! That’s exactly how styling should be.

To me, it’s not just style or fashion…

It’s something special. It’s a way to express yourself, a way to display the different parts of you. I encourage you to try this!! You won’t regret it. Try it for yourself and make them your own!! What are your Mood Styles?
